Hayden Christensen, Rosario Dawson, and Giancarlo Esposito are among a dozen Star Wars actors helping 10-year old Vivien Lyra Blair (young Leia in Obi Wan Kenobi) mark this year’s Star Wars Day by promoting Save the Chimps.
At last month’s Star Wars Celebration in London, the actors signed a collector’s edition box set of Max Rebo Band plushies to raise money for the sanctuary, and Vivien brought another box of the stuffed musical aliens for the apes to play with on her recent visit to the refuge. Other Star Wars personalities who signed the set are Ian McDiarmid (Darth Sidious), Gwendoline Christie (Captain Phasma), Emily Swallow (Armorer on The Mandalorian), Samantha Alleyne (first female Stormtrooper), Annabelle and Harrison Davis (Ewoks and Warwick Davis’s kids), Ashley Eckstein (Voice of Ahsoka in Clone Wars), and Dee Bradley Baker (Clone Wars voice actor).
