This is the kind of family affection we love to see. Rebel and JB are two dominant males in Doug’s family. JB is the strong alpha of the group and Rebel is very intelligent. This level of affection has not previously been seen between these two. Rebel’s facial expressions, lip-smacking, and body language communicate his intentions to JB as he gently grooms him. Then he pants and gently mouths JB’s arm before continuing to groom. Grooming cements the bonds of friendship and we look forward to watching this friendship grow.
