About Me

When Save the Chimps met me, I was living in a group with five other ladies my age: Alice, Eboni, Angel, Lea, and Holly. I was, and still am, the grouch of the group. But for all of my grumpiness, underneath it all, I have a heart of gold. Sometimes, I’ll have obvious concern for Alice, who was extremely timid and used to have fits of screaming for reasons unknown to me. I was always at Alice’s side, and when things started to change for the better, I guided Alice every step of the way. I would encourage Alice to come outside and showed her that the new toys and blankets and food were nothing to fear. All of my girlfriends are still together today.

These days, I’m not considered very happy-go-lucky, though sometimes Save the Chimps catches me with a little smile on my face. I enjoy roaming my island home in sunny Florida, where I am free to relax and live my life as I please.
